Anti-Flg (Phospho-Tyr654) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Flg when phosphorylated at tyrosine 654. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human Flg around the phosphorylation site of Y654, and detects endogenous levels of Flg protein only when phosphorylated at Y654.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
