Anti-FLCN Antibody

The reagent is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Reactivity is reported with human samples, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 341–579 of human FLCN (NP_659434.2). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, with a stated target molecular weight of 70 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC.
