It is validated for use in Western Blot (WB) applications. The antibody specifically detects over-expressed or recombinant proteins containing the flag epitope tag. The conjugate is HRP.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at an approximate pH of 7.2. The purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE following immunoaffinity purification.
