Anti-Flag-tag (1A8) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal antibody targeting the Flag-tag (1A8) epitope, raised in mouse and supplied unconjugated for western blot (WB) applications. The antibody was generated against a synthetic Flag-tag peptide and specifically detects over-expressed or recombinant proteins containing the flag epitope tag.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from mouse antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Three scientific validation images support its use in WB.
