Anti-FKHR/FOXO1A (phospho-S256) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets FKHR/FOXO1A when phosphorylated at Serine 256. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FKHR around the phosphorylation site of Serine 256.

Specificity data indicate that the antibody detects endogenous levels of FKHR/FOXO1A protein only when phosphorylated at Ser256. The reported apparent molecular weight is approximately 70 to 82 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
