Anti-FKHR/FoxO1 (T323) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FKHR/FoxO1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300-350 of Human FKHR, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of FKHR protein at the T323 epitope.

The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 70 to 82 kDa and purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
