Anti-FKHR/FoxO1 (phospho-S329) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against FKHR/FoxO1 phosphorylated at Serine 329. It is unconjugated and supplied as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FKHR around the phosphorylation site of Serine 329. It specifically detects endogenous levels of FOXO1A protein only when phosphorylated at Ser329. The observed molecular weight is approximately 70 to 82 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
