Anti-FKHR/FoxO1 (phospho-S256) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FKHR/FoxO1 phosphorylated at Serine 256. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FKHR around the phosphorylation site of Serine 256, and the antibody is unconjugated, formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ICC/IF and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It specifically detects endogenous levels of FoxO1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser256, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 70 to 82 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
