Anti-FKBPL Antibody

FKBPL (FK506-binding protein-like) is a divergent tetratricopeptide-repeat protein implicated in steroid receptor co-chaperone function and the cellular DNA damage response. Altered FKBPL expression has been reported in studies of breast and ovarian cancer, tumor angiogenesis, and stem cell fate decisions, and the protein has been linked to p21- and estrogen receptor-dependent signaling pathways.

The reagent is intended for research use only and supports immunodetection of full-length and variant FKBPL isoforms in cell and tissue lysates.
