Anti-FKBP8 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognises FKBP8 (also referred to as FKBP38). The reagent is an unconjugated IgG and has been validated for Western blot, immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 60–270 of human FKBP38/FKBP8 (NP_036313.3). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. Reported molecular weight of the target is 55 kDa.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:100 and IP 1:50–1:200.
