Anti-FKBP6 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Manufacturer data place the target's molecular weight at 37 kDa and describe the immunogen as a recombinant human FKBP6 construct. The reagent detects endogenous levels of FKBP6 protein, has been affinity-purified, and shows greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE analysis in the manufacturer's testing. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000 for western blot and 1:50 to 1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The antibody is supplied in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation containing glycerol and sodium azide as preservative.
