Anti-FKBP5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against FKBP5 (also known as FKBP51). The reagent is validated for Western blot and is listed for use in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 308–457 of human FKBP5 (NP_001139247.1). Affinity purified and unconjugated, the antibody is of the IgG isotype and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 51 kDa, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:200–1:2,000. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
