From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FKBP4. It is supplied unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant human FKBP4 protein as immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of total FKBP4 protein and is supported by four scientific validation images.
