Anti-FKBP4 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets FKBP4 (also referred to as FKBP52). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 220–459 of human FKBP4 and was purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:1,000, IHC at 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF at 1:50–1:100, and IP at 1:50–1:200.
