Anti-FKBP1B Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Calstabin-2 (also known as FKBP1B), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is raised in Rabbit, is of IgG isotype, and is provided in unconjugated form. It has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:20–1:50 and ICC/IF: 1:20–1:50. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–80 of human FKBP1B (NP_473374.1). The product is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 13 kDa. The formulation is in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
