Anti-FKBP1A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting FKBP12 (also referred to as FKBP1A), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 2–108 of FKBP12 (NP_000792.1), and the reagent is prepared by affinity purification. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a molecular weight of 12 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC at 1:50–1:200.
