FKBP14 (FK506-binding protein 14) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase that acts as a molecular chaperone involved in collagen folding and assembly. Mutations in the FKBP14 gene are linked to a kyphoscoliotic form of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, making this reagent relevant to connective tissue disorder research and collagen biosynthesis studies.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied at 200 µl, was raised against human FKBP14 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry on human samples. Researchers can use it to probe FKBP14 expression in cell lysates, formalin-fixed tissue sections, and suspension cell populations.

Distributed by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies catalog, the antibody offers a versatile reagent for investigations of prolyl isomerase activity, collagen maturation pathways, and endoplasmic reticulum chaperone function in normal versus disease-state human tissues.
