Anti-FIS1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FIS1 is available from Antibodies.com for research use. The unconjugated IgG antibody is produced in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is listed for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP), and ELISA applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–122 of human FIS1. The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration and has been affinity-purified. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of FIS1 is 17 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, 0.5–4 µg of antibody per 200–400 µg of whole-cell extract for IP, and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
