Anti-Filamin 1 (R2146) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Filamin 1 (R2146) and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 2100-2200 of Human Filamin 1, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Filamin A protein.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 280 kDa. Four scientific images are available.
