Anti-Filamin 1 (phospho-S2152) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Filamin 1 phosphorylated at Serine 2152, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody for research applications. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Filamin 1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 2152.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Filamin 1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser2152, and the target migrates at a molecular weight of ~280 kDa. One scientific image is provided.
