Anti-Filamin 1 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG preparation raised against Filamin 1, generated using a synthesized peptide corresponding to a region around the non-phosphorylation site of S2152 in the human protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is validated for use in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and ELISA workflows. It detects endogenous levels of Filamin 1 in samples from human, mouse and rat origins, making it well-suited for cross-species studies of cytoskeletal and mechanotransduction research. For best stability the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted for long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
