Anti-Fibulin-2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Fibulin-2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated in a formulation of 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at around pH 7.2.

The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 289–334 of Human Fibulin-2 and detects endogenous levels of the Fibulin-2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at an approximate molecular weight of 126 and 195 kDa.
