Anti-Fibulin-1 Antibody

Fibulin-1 contributes to elastic fiber assembly in the basement membrane zone, where it interacts with laminin, fibrinogen, fibronectin, and various proteoglycans, supporting investigations of wound healing, fibrotic disease, vascular remodeling, and tumor stromal interactions.

Raised in Rabbit and purified as a polyclonal reagent, the antibody is supplied unconjugated at 100 µl total volume, at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. This host-reagent combination has been validated for Western blot detection of endogenous Fibulin-1 in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
