Anti-Fibronectin Antibody

This mouse monoclonal IgG reagent specifically recognizes human fibronectin, an approximately 440 kDa extracellular matrix glycoprotein that mediates cell adhesion, spreading, and migration through integrin binding. Produced by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody, it is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples.

The antibody binds cellular and plasma fibronectin isoforms expressed in tissue sections and cell lysates, making it useful for studies of fibrosis, tumor stroma composition, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, wound healing, and extracellular matrix remodeling.
