Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a Rat monoclonal (clone KT10) directed against Fibrinogen. It is of the IgG1 isotype, supplied in liquid form as an unconjugated reagent, and has been validated for use in ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen used to generate this antibody was fibrinogen purified from human blood containing alpha, beta and gamma chains. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide, with the IgG fraction purified from culture supernatant through a Protein G column. For ELISA applications, a recommended working concentration of 1 µg/ml is suggested.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
