FHL3 (Four and a Half LIM Domains 3) is a transcriptional coactivator and scaffolding protein implicated in cytoskeletal organization, signal transduction, and skeletal muscle differentiation. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against FHL3 and validated for Western blot detection of endogenous protein from human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, packaged as 100 µl. Suitable for research applications in cancer biology, muscle physiology, and studies of LIM-domain protein interactions. Store refrigerated at 4 degrees C; protect from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only.
