Anti-FHL1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, this antibody targets Four and a Half LIM Domains Protein 1 (FHL1) and is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications. FHL1 functions as a cytoskeletal scaffolding factor most strongly expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscle, where it interacts with transcription factors, integrins, and actin-binding partners.

FHL1 dysfunction has been linked to several X-linked myopathies, including reducing body myopathy and Emery-Dreifuss-like muscular dystrophy, making sensitive detection valuable for muscle pathology studies.
