Anti-FHIT (E116) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to FHIT (E116), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human FHIT and detects endogenous levels of FHIT protein. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein FHIT has a reported molecular weight of approximately 17 kDa.
