Anti-FHIT Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human FHIT immunogen and affinity-purified to recognise the endogenous total FHIT protein. It is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the unconjugated format allowing straightforward pairing with secondary detection reagents. Validated applications cover Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species expression studies of the fragile histidine triad tumour suppressor. For routine use, the vial should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance. The product is intended for research use only and is not recommended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. As a polyclonal host:rabbit IgG reagent, it offers broad epitope coverage of FHIT, which is particularly useful when detecting low-abundance targets or post-translationally modified forms in tissue and cell lysates.
