Anti-FHIT Antibody

It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and listed for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–147 of human FHIT (NP_001159715.1), and the target protein runs at 17 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
