Anti-FH Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against human FH (fumarate hydratase) and recognises the endogenous total FH protein in lysates and tissue sections. The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human origin, and the antibody is affinity-purified using that immunogen before being supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with cross-reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
