Anti-FH Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FH (Fumarase). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human FH (NP_000134.2). It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows, with recommended dilutions of WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The product is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Concentration is lot-specific and the target protein has an expected molecular weight of 47 kDa. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
