Anti-FGR Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets FGR and is supplied as a liquid preparation. It is of the IgG isotype and unconjugated, raised in Rabbit, and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on Human and Mouse samples.

The reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human FGR (NP_005239.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 53 kDa. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
