Anti-FGG Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against the Fibrinogen gamma chain (FGG). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 50–330 of human FGG (NP_000500.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 52 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and is recommended for WB at a dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The product ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
