Anti-FGFR2 (V501) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody raised against FGFR2 (V501). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 480-530 of human FGFR2. It detects endogenous levels of FGFR2 protein and recognises bands at approximately 92 and 145 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
