Anti-FGFR2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is raised against fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of total FGFR2 protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the human FGFR2 sequence, and the reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a ready-to-use buffer of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the immunoglobulin present as rabbit IgG in unconjugated form. The antiserum is affinity-purified by affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific peptide to minimise off-target reactivity.
