Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2 (FGFR2), also known by the synonyms BEK, CD332, K-sam, KGFR (Keratinocyte Growth Factor Receptor), and KSAM, and is intended for research-grade immunohistochemistry (IHC). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human FGFR2, and the antibody has been affinity-purified against the immunogen to enrich specific immunoreactivity. It is designed to detect the endogenous level of total FGFR2 protein in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, providing a versatile tool for cross-species studies in oncology, developmental biology, and growth-factor receptor signaling research. Each vial is supplied at 50 µL of unconjugated antibody formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
