Anti-FGFR2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting FGFR2, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation. The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is listed for use in Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) [C0], and the manufacturer specifies validation for IHC with a recommended dilution range of 1:50–1:200 [S1].

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human FGFR2 (accession NP_000132.3). It is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
