Anti-FGFR1 (phospho-Y654) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1) when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 654. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Immunisation was performed using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FGFR1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 654. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of FGFR1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr654. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight is approximately 120,145 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
