Anti-FGFR1 (phospho Y653) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to residues around Y653 of human FGFR1 (NP_075598.2), with the immunogen sequence IDYYK, and is affinity purified.

The reagent is validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. Reactivity is reported with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the target is FGFR1 phosphorylated at Tyr653. Reported molecular weights are 120 kDa and 145 kDa.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
