Anti-FGFR1 (phospho-Y154) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FGFR1 when phosphorylated at tyrosine 154 (p-FGFR1 Y154). It is unconjugated and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FGFR1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 154. It specifically detects endogenous levels of FGFR1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr154.
