Anti-FGFR1 (phospho-Y154) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against FGFR1 (phospho-Y154). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at an approximate pH of 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FGFR1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 154, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of FGFR1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr154. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weights of the target are approximately 92, 120 and 145 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
