Anti-FGFR1 (L760) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against FGFR1 (L760) and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The reagent is unconjugated and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 731–780 of Human FGFR1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of FGFR1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. FGFR1 is reported to run at approximately 92, 120, and 145 kDa, and the product is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
