Anti-FGFR1 (I648) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FGFR1 at the I648 epitope and is supplied by Antibodies.com. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with one scientific validation image available. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 621–670 of Human FGFR1, and the FGFR1 (I648) pAb detects endogenous levels of FGFR1 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Observed molecular weight is approximately 92, 120, and 145 kDa.
