Anti-FGFR1 (Ab-766) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets FGFR1 (Ab-766) and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit against a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human FGFR1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 766 (Q-E-Y(p)-L-D), and it detects endogenous levels of total FGFR1 protein.

The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
