Anti-FGFR-3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Internal region of human Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3 (FGFR-3, also known as CD333 or JTK4). Supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and intended for research use only. It has been validated for use in Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and shows cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of FGFR-3 protein and was isolated from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
