Anti-FGF9 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FGF9 (also referred to as FGF9/GAF). The unconjugated IgG reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen corresponds to a synthetic peptide within amino acids 1-50 of human FGF9 (NP_002001.1).

Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with applications listed for WB and IF, and a recommended WB dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. Two scientific validation images support the WB application. The target protein is reported at 55 kDa / 23 kDa, with concentration described as Lot Specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
