Anti-FGF23 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) using a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of the human protein, and the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. Supplied at 50 µl in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the formulation presents the immunoglobulin as a liquid at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated polyclonal antibody binds endogenous levels of total FGF23 protein and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with confirmed reactivity against human and mouse samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the isotype is rabbit IgG; because the product is unconjugated, it is suitable for downstream labelling with the user's preferred reporter or secondary system.
