Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21). It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29-209 of human FGF21 (accession NP_061986.1), with a reported molecular weight of 16 kDa. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The concentration is lot specific.

For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
