Anti-FGF2 Antibody [KT1]

This unconjugated Mouse monoclonal antibody, clone KT1, is raised against FGF2 and is validated for use in ELISA and WB applications (C0, S1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid IgG1 preparation at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide, with the IgG fraction purified through a Protein A column (S1).

It is generated using recombinant human bFGF as immunogen and reacts with Human samples, with antigen sequence identity shared at 97% with Mouse, 97% with Rat, 99% with Pig and 100% with Cynomolgus monkey orthologs (S1). Recommended working dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA, 5 µg/ml for sELISA and 1/500–1/10,000 for WB (S1).
